All returns must be accompanied with a receipt.

All exchanges/returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Defective merchandise will be exhcanged for the same item, whenever possible, otherwise a store exchange slip will be issued.

No cash refunds on merchandise paid by check or Credit/ATM card. Credit will be issued as an exchange slip or credited back to the Credit/ATM card used in the original transaction.

Preference exchange only on unopened merchandise.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
